Peri-urban areas are strategic spaces to promote a new way of producing, where agriculture, nature and society are no longer seen as separate components but as a single system. This course offers a holistic view of the principles behind resilient peri-urban systems, covering the complexity of the territory, the transition to regenerative models, functional biodiversity, applied innovation and collaborative governance. Through the experience of INTA Marcos Juárez’s Peri-urban Production Module, participants will learn about tools to design and manage more resilient territories, able to produce food, conserve natural resources and strengthen community well-being.

Intended for: farmers, professionals, advisors, public officials, teachers, researchers and students interested in the sustainable management of peri-urban systems, territorial development and regenerative agriculture.
